The MBA Golf Club (MBAGC) in conjunction with Marriott Hotels, is pleased to announce the following “ Introduction to Golf ” days, exclusively for MBA students, MBA graduates and MBA business school staff. The day is primarily tailored for complete beginners, however, all standards of golfer are welcome and will benefit from the expert tuition provided by qualified professional staff.

“ Introduction to Golf ” Day Format
- Morning Tea/ Coffee on arrival ( 09:00 am start )
- Morning Group Lesson and Practise Session on the Driving Range
covering the etiquette and rules of the game, explanation of the equipment
and basic swing technique.
- Buffet Lunch
- Afternoon Group Lesson and Practise Session on the Chipping and Putting
Green covering all aspects of the short game.
- A demonstration session with a qualified golf professional explaining the
tactics and techniques used to successfully negotiate a Par 4 hole.
- Afternoon Tea/ Coffee ( Late afternoon finish ).
(Note: Participants are recommended to wear clothing that is warm yet allows movement. Please NO JEANS. If you do not have golf shoes we recommend that you wear trainers or sturdy shoes that would be suitable for walking on grass).

The MBA Golf Club ( MBAGC ) was founded in 2005 and provides a global golf network for all MBA students, MBA graduates and MBA staff. Our flagship event will be The MBA Golf Championship at the Marriott Forest of Arden venue in AUgust 2006.
